Artwork Specifications

- All artwork must be saved & supplied at a 1:1 scale (ensure that artwork

   is supplied in a scalable format.)

- Add a 3mm bleed for all Business Cards, Pamphlets etc.

Acceptable File Formats & Settings

 

PDF  (Adobe Acrobat)

- Preferred File Format, but only if saved from AI/Photoshop/Corel Draw

• All fonts must be converted to outlines / curves

• All images used need to be high resolution (300dpi+ at 1:1 Scale)

• Do NOT use a .pdf Standard (eg. PDF/X-1a:2001) when saving as .pdf because this can corrupt the artwork

 

CDR  (Coral Draw)

• All fonts must be converted to curves

• All images used need to be high resolution (300dpi at 1:1 Scale)

• All outlines in the .cdr artwork need to be set to scale with artwork

• All colours must be CMYK (RGB, Pantone and Spot Colours are not accepted)

• Make sure that NO colours are set to “Over Print”

 

AI  (Adobe Illustrator)

• All fonts must be converted to outlines

• All images must be embedded

• All images used need to be high resolution (300dpi at 1:1 Scale)

• All colours must be CMYK (RGB, Pantone and Spot Colors are not accepted)

• Make sure that NO colours are set to “Over Print”

 

PSD  (Adobe Photoshop)

• Open new file in CMYK Mode and set resolution to 300dpi at a 1:1 scale

• Make sure your workspace is set to CMYK Colour Mode

• Do not flatten the layers when supplying the .psd file for print

 

 

Artwork may be supplied via e-mail (not larger than 6MB per total attachment/s) or Dropbox.
